The Royal residence is called this way for a reason.
In 1901 Prince Ferdinand I purchases the estate and builds on it a fortification for protection of Sofia.
In 1918 the estate becomes part of the Ministry of defense; military base and surveillance tower are built on it.
Both the base and the tower take active part in the two world wars.
Then the world changes and in 2006 the estate is bought by the investors, who have built on it The Royal residence.
This history we have recreated in the design of the wallpapers, which covers the 12-meter-long corridor
on the ground floor in front of the fitness and is installed with no joints by the army of @Василий Бугорян.
Our partner in the conceptual and final execution of the project is architect Peter Peev, who stands behind the whole interior.
